Actor Sunny Deol had taken a loan from the Bank of Baroda. For that purpose, he had mortgaged his bungalow named “Sunny Villa” located in the Juhu area of Mumbai. But the actor has not defaulted on this loan. He had paid off a sum of ₹56 crores. As a result, in order to recover this remaining amount, the bank decided to auction his bungalow. A public advertisement was issued, calling for bids starting at ₹51.43 crores.

This auction was scheduled for September 25. However, the bank has now issued a notice in this regard. It is being suggested that due to the earnings from the film “Gadar 2,” Sunny Deol can repay his loan. In the meantime, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh tweeted, questioning why the bank has changed its decision.

Sunny Deol “Sunny Villa” bungalow is spread over an area of 599.44 square meters. This bungalow boasts several luxurious amenities such as parking, a swimming pool, a cinema hall, a helipad area, a garden, and many more.

This opulent bungalow exudes a remarkable sense of luxury. Sunny Deol’s total assets amount to around ₹120 crores. For a single film, an actor charges anywhere from five to six crores. It is said that for the film “Gadar 2,” the actor received a remuneration of about ₹20 crores.

Sunny Deol is banned in Pakistan, along with his films. His movies are not shown in cinemas in Pakistan. Sunny Deol has acted in several films based on patriotism and has portrayed roles that oppose Pakistan. As a result, the Pakistan government has decided not to screen his films.
