Tata Power Share: After the market closed, Tata Power made a significant announcement. Subsidiary Tata Power Renewable Energy has entered into Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Tata Motors for 9 megawatts peak (MWp). PPAs have been established for the Pantnagar plant in Uttarakhand.

In the span of one week, the share has increased by 4%. Over the course of one month, it has risen by 10%. In three months, it has grown by 16%. Over a span of three years, it has surged by 290%.

Tata Power’s Quarterly Results:
Comparing the quarterly results of the business year 2022-23’s April-June quarter to the same period in the business year 2023-24, the profit has increased from INR 794.6 crore to INR 972.5 crore.

Comparing the April-June quarter of the business year 2022-23 to the same period in the business year 2023-24, the revenue has increased from INR 14,495.5 crore to INR 15,213.3 crore. EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization), which represents operational profit, has grown from INR 1,683.4 crore to INR 2,943.6 crore. The margin has increased from 11.6% to 19.4%.
